Post-doc position

Interface chemistry and structure of oxide functional nanostructures

 

We are seeking a postdoc candidate to develop his research on exploiting transmission electron microscopy imaging (diffraction contrast, Z-contrast, energy filtered and high resolution imaging) and spectroscopy (electron energy loss spectroscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy) to elucidate the atomic and chemical structure of functional oxide interfaces and explore processing-microstructure-property correlations at the nanometric scale.

PhD positions

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a solid background in physics or materials science to develop a PhD research project at our group. At this moment we are offering two different opportunities:

  1. Nanoelement integration in oxide films for novel electronics
  2. New challenges in spin-orbit physics

Candidates should apply for a Doctoral Fellowship of the INPhINIT Programme.
